I got a used Toshiba Straka dk40 w voicemail installed in the expansion pack. I did a 91-9 twice and erased the settings. Now I can't access the voicemail at all to set it up again.
How do I enable it again so I can access the Voice mail system?

dk16e processor
i believe the voicemail in in slot 16
voicemail does not pick up
Don't know which port the voicemail is assign to.
Do not have dk admin or other access to except through extensions.
