I’ve got that. The call waiting is working its just that the user want more than the first beeps. In NZ the Telco provides beeps every 30 seconds or so. This is what I am trying to do.

My bigger problem is the ACD NCFW problem I tried what Jack said but this hasn’t fixed it. I understand how this would work when one extension calls another but can it work when an extension calls a ACD. Can I assign a NCOS the ACD that overrides the NCOS of the originating user?
