| So from your response, there is a way to recover from an unknown password. I need to contact the original vendor that installed the system and ask them for the information. Do they have a way to reset it or did they setup some type of secondary password during installation. What was not stated in original thread was that Original installer and my company are not associating anymore due to falsifying financial and hardware statements. |
