I get a busy tone and the lcd on my phone says "Not In Service"

Exact same thing: busy tone and "Not in Service" displayed on phone. (Remember that now the VM DN is 285.)

The Apps Mod II is connected to the KSU via a fiber optic cable to a 6 port combo card. The Apps mod has 16 ports total, 12 for voicemail and 4 for a Minuet ACD call center used by out tech support department.

When I go into programming, it shows 301 and 302 as normal extensions, meaning that all Line Access menus, Capabilities menus, etc. are accessible. This is also true for extension 285, which is the current VM DN.
I will definately print up a programming record and record all system program before I perform startup. If this is a problem with a bad software upgrade, shouldn't I have the vendor re-perform the upgrade, or should I assume that the new software cartridge that came with the new KSU should have uncorrupted software?
Is there any way to run a checksum on the MICS 7.0?
