| Gogo is right. This sounds like corruption or an upgrade gone bad (data did not transfer sucessfully). You may need to do a system startup and reset the programming template. Make sure you document everything first.
Just curious... what happens when you press intercom and then dial 301. Do you get prompted to log into the voicemail system?

Do you have two station wires between your voicemail and the KSU or one? Each set will have a DN.
What happen when you go into system programming, Terminal/Sets, enter 301 and 302. Does it tell you that they are both voicemail systems or does it state unknown set... |
