To the best of my knowledge---the only way to know what you have in your situation is to start your own inventory. I would ANI all the lines at each of the four locations. I would then go through the stations in central programming to see how each phone is set up for the incoming lines--whether there are pool groups or individual stations with numbers assigned to certain stations. I made a template in Excel that I use for programming stations and what features and attributes I assign to each. I am sure you could use it or make your own to record. I would then listen to the voicemail and write down verbage and follow each menu to its pointed stations or groups.
It wont be easy but I guaruntee within a short time you will know that system inside and out. I assume you already know how to get into programming. I can send you a good cheat sheet of the most commonly used commands if you want. just email me.
