I appreciate both of you responding to my post. My biggest issue is not knowing how the systems are currently configured. When they were installed 10 years ago, configuration documentation was never created. We have 20 outside lines assigned to various extensions at the main office. Some I believe are in hunt groups while others are direct private lines. Then at our three galleries we have different release levels of the Partner II (rel 4.1-5), also with 10+ line assignments. I have manuals for all the releases and will use them to make future changes.
Is there anyway to see the present configuration on paper?
