Hello All...just started at a company that has a legacy Lucent Partner II r4.1 system. As part of my duties, I am required to update and configure both the communication and the voice messaging system. Unfortunately I have no experience with this PBX.
I have looked over the manuals but without knowing how it is currently configured, I dare not make changes without knowing how to reverse them. My last experience was with a Nortel switch that had a TTY interfce for configuring and printing out settings. Any insight to finding training would be great. Thanks in advance.
