Anyways, the MCS5100 is a beast. Tons of features and run on Sun Servers.
The administration is pretty good. The features are great. This system is like a MSN Messenger integrated into a phone system.
Web Collaboration, Webpage Sharing, Instant Messaging, Click to Call, Comprehensive Directory, Buddy List, File Sharing, White Boarding, Custom Call Routing For you, and presense (Who's Online) and many more...
It is just a incredibly robust system and it is extremely scaleable for small to large enterprise networks.
GlobalKnowledge is about the only place that I know of that currently offers any training on this. It is still a new product,
The current releases are MCS 5100 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5
I will write up a tutorial on it and post it soon.
Do you need admin training or end user training?
