| For desk phones, we always put an adaptor between the phone and hand set. The adaptor had a plug you could insert a casset recorder (or cable to a PC microphone jack). Solved that one fairly easily. Just had to have the staff press the record button on the tape-recorder.
Wirless is a different story, you don't have that option. Wonder if there is something you could put between a headset and the wireless phone? |
