| double post... go to omnipcx threads (contact centers)
im currently studying alcatel omnitouch call center office using the alcatel omnipcx office... i'm just wondering if i could upgrade into the omnitouch contact center if ever the client might scale up like data integration and other features that the office call center does not have... can i deploy the omnitouch contact center using the OXO wothout having to use another system like the OXE? pls help..
