One other thing in reference to the platform migration. The 200I server in an Option 11C uses a cable that plugs from the slot to a I/O box that breaks out the ELAN, CLAN and Comm ports. This cable is not compatible with the 201I server. The cable that you normally use with a 201I, (NTRH0912), was not part of Nortel's upgrade package. So I thought the existing cable was compatible. The ELAN enabled but the CLAN had no connectivity. I had to get the NTRH9012 to finish configuring Desktop Messaging. |
