| We played dodge ball with the no head-shot rule but, you can't always control or want to control your tosses. If you hit someone in the head or shoulder then you were out and they got to stay in.... that was the enforcement of the no head-shot rule. If the kid has braces then he either should have had a mouth guard in or not been in the game. There had better be more details that just aren't being released or this should be dropped on the first day. Liberal or no, this is just American litigiousness gone awry. rlc |
