Thanks for the reply. I was under the impression that the app builder was going to be web based as well. Too bad you need PC anywhere. Nortel and other manufacturers should provide more flexibility in remote access options (like PC Duo or NetOp). PC anywhere is a big no no within our organization.
As far as maintenance items, I was talking about backups, session trace, and other troubleshooting tools the CP may have. |
