| I got a weird situation, (well all situations are wierd when you dont know what your doing), but anyways we had a guy out for a week and his calls are being forwarded to another number.
how is this happening since I didnt change anything on the switch? and now that hes back they are asking for me to set it so his calls go to him instead of being forwarded.
I stat his number and shows IDLE.
and I DISU then ENLU to make sure it wasnt a phone being off the hook or something.
what could of happened and what do I need to fix this?
