| We have a Sonexis Conference Bridge connected to our CS 1000 (4.0) via a DTI (18 channels on a tie route) from a dual port PRI card. If a person dials into the bridge ( from on system or outside) and we have the Sonexis try to disconnect them from the conference they never drop. The Sonexis says the channel is idle but it is still held in the switch and will not drop until the caller hangs up.
If the moderator initiates a call from the Sonexis to a user(inside or outside) and pulls them into the conference they can disconnect them fine.
Is there a setting somewhere that controls who controls the call? |
