Is there a way to have a 2 level password using the FastRad Remote Utilities? For example; I have a Norstar with a fastrad. When I dial in off-site I have to dial the number & put in the fastrad password. Once connected I can get into the remote set tool to change programming. There is a another password that is used & that is Feature **266344 & then I get program a phone, but if I go into Browser tool I do not need Feature **266344. Therefore, I do not have a 2 level password.

My company requires a 2 level password for every switch. With my larger sites we have SEB's which meet my 2 level password requirement. The fastrad does not.

Does anyone have an idea or how to have 2 level passwords for the Norstar? Please advise!!
