Echo cans on overseas tie?

The way we have solved this issue, we added a T1 card to each 0x32 connected to a VoIP box. At the main office is 2-T1 connected to VoIP boxes with 4-T1 to a Dialer and 4-PRI to the local CLEC. Using this setup you do not need a one to one setup. The VoIP box look to the incoming digit dialed, route the call to the switch for the leading digit then redials the number at the far end. We have a Point to Point to each office running 24-vocie channels a 16k per call, allowing 1152k for Data. This allows the customer to back haul all the data plus most of the most of the telephone calls. We still have local lines in each office to support the E911 requirements. The config will allow offices to call corp or each other.
