| Hi Slagburn, I surf on the Nortel solution search and i found that they have a fix on this error but i don't have the procedure on working on the fix.Here is the thing i got from solution search: (IGCC) : ALARM!!! ITG0402 - Voice ethernet port disconnected Problem is worse with higher traffic Cause: Broadcast traffic peaks causing ITG card problems. Fix: Upgrade to 2.x.25 software for enhanced functionality in environments with broadcast traffic How can i work on the fix?What are the procedure?\ Thanks, Benny |
