Crazy Headlines

Succession 2.0 and it was installed last year?? I hope this wasn't put in as new. CS1000 Release 4.0 was available a year ago.

Anyway, back to your issue, the system will print out quite a bit of diagnostic information on a restart, and there is an internal history log that your vendor or Nortel can access that gives a nice snapshot of what was going on, and what function invoked the INI. Something has changed somewhere if this was running stable.

The diagnostics reports will be required to troubleshoot the problem further. Do you have maintenance on the system? If so you may want to get a trouble ticket opened with them or another authorized Nortel Service Partner to give you a hand.
