| I am starting a new position and I am not a nortel person. I was told the new system being installed is a 5100??. I have some exposure to the 11c and 81 but never heard of the 5100. I want to look into some training for this system since I am a Avaya/NEC person. Where should I start training wise, and who should I look at. IE global knowledge or someone else??
