Ensure that ext 21 is not forwarded to anywhere and that do not disturb is in turned on.
Does the door phone ring at all, whether from the outside or inside? As long as you have programmed teh door phone to ring on x21, it should. Look at the extention itself and ensure that there is nothing preventing it from ringing. |
