Hello,

first off Im really Green when it comes to phones,

we have an Option 11c,

and I have a weird situation where a couple of phones, which are working, making this staticky clicking sound (really loud).
I've tried changing the phonesets
changing the wires to the headsets
changed the cords to the wall
re-punched on the punch down block,

but still same problem. any ideas of what to do would be greatly appreciated.
