I'm sure the folks here can help, but your problem is not clear to me.
You say you moved x444 to a new location. Did you physically move the jumper wire ? Or did you use DN renumber ? Did you move the phone set itself from where x444 was to where it is now ? What does this "individual who has a phone already" have to do with the problem ? Does the term "Location B (referenced twice in your problem) refer to the same spot ? I think what you are asking is that the outside line be answered by one greeting and the internal extension by another. If this is right, I believe what you want is possible. Try posting back. It would be helpful to know exactly what kind of Norstar system you have and what kind of Voicemail/AA. |
