Whilst I see no need for somebody to seek residence just ashore The Lake Of Fire over an offensive suggestion, I do strongly subscribe to the notion that one need pay his dues in a given field of expertise, if you will.

I'll cut our friend a modicum of slack and assume that he simply needs to be pointed in the correct direction.
