| Target lines are used to "connect" DID's to extension. The BCM Unified Manager home page has an icon for documentation. Click on this link to get to the BCM Programming Guide and go to the section on target lines. This should provide the information you need to set up your DID's. The basics are you assign the incoming DID digits to the target line and then assign the target line to the phone. Hope this helps. |
