| PRI problem? Rix & D, Sounds like you re describing the same thing and the only thing missing is the entries for AC2 which reflect the new NPA's. The 9 + for a network call & the 8 + for an on net -- site to site call is a very common use of AC1 & AC2. D, do as Rix suggests and find your existing entries, you are interested in which RLI they use. With this info. add the new NPA's to AC2 and use the same RLI and you should be all set. R, For the security portion I'd agree that your use of AC2 is more secure -- Sys speed can overide NCOS restrictions, but I'm not sure that I agree with the easier to integrate part, a site specific thing for sure. The thing about the user not knowing the difference is more so handled by what routing choices you decide to ues -- either way a call is dialed, than what keystroke/button combos you decide to use. I guess an analogy would be changing service providers, if everything works right how would an end user know that the call is carried over AT&T vs Sprint? As with most things Meridian -- I personally view this as a STRENGTH of the product!! -- no one way of doing things is ALWAYS right, the ability to adapt the functions you need/require to your orginizations needs is what is important!!!
