Hey, it's not your hard earned money. It's stranded cash in the hands of a governemnt. I can think of nothing more dangerous than that. Governments with spare money do crazy things like build doomsday machines and start wars. It is my duty as a citizen of the planet to ensure that no government has unwarranted excess cash. I neither want nor need your pathetic pity. You folks just wish you could get your hands on it and don't want any competition.
