
Thanks to you both! I did find out that we are not sending the 8 digits - we are sending only 4 so that takes care of the issue. Apparently it could be a timer setting on either the Cisco Router (for ATM) or a timer setting on the RDB in the PBX. We are currently playing with both. Will let you know! Thanks for the help!
