There is no load to do that. You can play "games" in the ESN by inserting area codes on NXX, etc. I DO NOT reccomend doing that. I am assuming that your customer recently went into the 10/11 digit dialing world and is wanting a way out. Eventually you will have "overlay" area codes in your town or city. This means that you will be able to dial
2 or more ( can be many more ) area codes in your same area without dialing the 1.
Eventually, this temporary fix of inserting area codes in 7 digit number will catch up with you and you will encounter a area code that conflicts. I would tell the customer that there is nothing you can do and "dont go there".
