the set up... norstar system with three lines... AA answers with greeting , customer complaint... callers get half of aa greeting, then fax squeel on line two, and the call gets cut off.
the problem.... security system was grabing line two as it thought it needed to be programmed. nothing strange about this so far... security system right?? - wrong! I turned AA greeting off, problem goes away... turn AA greeting on problem comes back...
the solution... The gentlman that had recorded the AA greetings was... ummm.. gay. I record the AA greeting, No problem. He recorded the AA greeting there was a problem. There was a tone in his voice that the security system just didn't like. It took him four or five tries to get it right. :casstet: |
