| Call park, while being a great feature, is not intended for every office scenario. In fact, I stay away from call park, unless you are involved in a 'warehouse' type situation, where most users are not readily at their phones. Another situation would be an office environment where the users are constantly up, fetching files, meeting customers..etc etc. The reason I find it not meant for everyone and everywhere, is once you park the call, you have to announce (most times over a paging system), that "so and so, you have a call parked on 51". A lot of companies do not want pages all day, throughout the day, as they can be annoying. Good Luck |
