This document is a long time comming, and is the FIRST TIME I have seen Nortel provide many of the "rules of thumb" in a printed guide. This information comes in part from the feedback all you have put together, and is a great positive step in the right direction.
We all trash Nortel when they do it wrong, it's only right we praise them when they do it right, Good job!
