The 8.1 will work for your system. 9.0 supports 5.0, and the newest, 9.1 supports the new 6.0 software.
Your best bet is to install the 8.1 Remote utilities on an old slow Win95, or Win98 machine.
You will need to know the RAD password from your support people. In fact, I would recommend checking with them. They probably already have a backup of your system. You do not want to void any warranties that you may have with them.
