Re: I have to get some tickets for this

Deleting a BFS key will remove the feature. It's a reversal of the setting up procedure.
When setting up Busy Forward Status, all that is required is to choose a key position on the monitoring set and define the TN that this set will monitor.

For example:
TN4 0 2 4 belongs to a secretary who monitors the status of a manager's phone on TN4 0 2 9.
Key 4 will be used for this feature.

KEY 04 BFS 4 0 2 9

Once this has been done the monitored set will have an additional information added to the TN.
This is shown as:
BFTN 004 0 02 04

A Meridian Option 11 will be similar. For example TN8 1 monitors TN7 2

KEY 04 BFS 7 2
BFTN 008 0 00 01

So to remove this feature all that is required is to remove the BFS key.
Start at the monitored set. Check the BFTN prompt.
Once the monitoring TN has been identified, delete the key.
Using overlay LD 11 this would be KEY 4 NUL.
Using OTM or MAT delete the key in Station Admin and synchronise the change.

One of the problems with BFS is locating the keys and TNs involved.
Use either the Feature Print, overlay LD 81 or the Report Generator in MAT/OTM.
This will list the monitored sets and the associated monitoring set.
