Problems dialing out on new route
We have a RAD that I let our support company (the guys that programmed the PBX)dial into to fix things. I'll check out the SW version on the MICS when I get into work today. We got this system in July 2001 and haven't changed any hardware or software on it since, but have changed the programming a lot.

I've only backed up the VM Config & the SEKUR/Capabilities file (did last night).

Are there any classes I could take to learn how to better maintain this system?
