| The Nortel CS1000 product team is in the process of creating a suite of new maintenance utilities and associated commands for a new Media Gateway Controller. As part of the process we are defining the appropriate CLI Maintenance shell to have the commands reside. We would like to know if the support folks in the field (channel partner field/installation technicians, COAMS technicians) have access to the Call Server PDT1 password.
