| No offense, but if you are a technician, please try to find the manuals (or the CD documentation disk) and look there. The objective here is for you to "learn" how to do it yourself.
If you are an end-user, I suggest you contact a local vendor for assitance.
This forum is to help those that know resolve issues, not to walk someone through how to program a system or make simple changes.
