It would be nice if there was a new digital phone that was along the same design lines as well. In addition, have a phone with more than 6 line buttons. Shifting really stinks. It is murder when converting different phone systems to Nortel, and you are limited with the number of buttons on the face. May not sound like a big deal, but I find it pretty critical in the hospital environment. It is murder converting from other manufactures systems to the M3904's. Users are used to having lots of lines readily available. They do not like the shift. It could be made more bearable if the screen auto shifted on incoming calls. Ideally, a self labeling M2616 type phone would be the ticket. Sorry to drift from your subject, but phones are a sore spot for me. |
