| Symposium Express vs Symposium
Maybe my terminology wasn't quite on target. By unstable I meant, I've heard that making changes to ACD phones result in database corruption - does this happen? If so, does this only happen to Symposium Express and not full Symposium? Any idea of a ballpark figure for the software? |
