| Our service provider installed line side t1 cards for a new Dictaphone server and when I view the DN in the PBX it is programmed on two TN's. Is any one able to provide a brief explanation why this is the case?
Also Dictaphone is saying voice calls are dropping from the server and the service provider is saying it's Dictaphone's fault. Again, any explanations? |
