Disable NVP card in mail. 2. Disable cardslot for PBX agents. 3. Perform outofservice diags on NVP through mail card status. 4. Enable cardslot for PBX agents. 5. Enable NVP card through mail card status. But same result... we will ask our provider to go onsite and change the Mail Card... probably defaultive.... Thanks!! |
