Are we talking about an ACD environment where callers dial 800#s that come in on your trunks and are routed to an agent group based on DNIS? Do callers dial DID#'s to reach individuals at phone extensions? Or do callers dial 800#s that simply go to a receptionist or auto attendant who then transfers the caller to a particular extension? |
