Do you know what the list number is? If not print the TNB of the phone that has the speed call on it. than print the speed call list out to see whats on it now and then make changes.

If you don't have a set of NTP's post back and we will give you the prompts.
PS if the phone that your using the speedcall list on is the controller (SCC) you could make the changes on the phone, but if your making a lot of changes it is easier doing it in LD 18.
