| On a BCM 3.5: On my Greeting Table I have the "Non Business" time set to 4:30, so that is effectively when the Night Service begins. But if someone should be remaining in the office later than that, then they can't answer the phone anymore. Is there an easy way to make this "Non Business" time configurable so that when the last person leaves they can activate the Night Service? (They are not able to log on to the BCM console.) |
