| Wow....a scrubber would be awesome. At one site we did not have phantoms and they wanted to charge us 25 K Canadian for the package. We used ACD Queues, but I ended up dialing the full ten digit number to an acd queue that went to VM just to get rid of the original caller ID. Silly to have to jump back off the PBX then come back in and an extremely poor use of trunks as well.
