As Kristi stated a Phantom would work or you could look at SFA for the DN (if it appears on a set).

This is on my wish list for Nortel, a 'Scrubber' command in Symposium that scrubs the orginally dialed DN.

I normally route to a set with the RCO set to 1 ring then let it FNA to Voicemail.
