This forum is worth it's weight in gold.... You guys have answered a couple of tough ones for me in the past. Now I got another.

We have a client who recently fired their IT admin guy. He was responsible for doing the site admin work on the phone system.

He reset the password on mailbox 102 to something - lord knows what.

Now, we cannot get into F-983.

Usually when a user changes the password, I can guess away, and in maybe 5 to 30 guesses, I usually get it. But this guy has me stumped.

Is there any way to get into the system a different way, to change the password back to default so I can get in ?

If we have to nuke the NAM altogether and start over again, the customer is willing to have us do that.

Help is appreciated ! If you're reluctant to post the instructions in here, feel free to email me at mrdave@dboajax.com.

Thanks ! dave w.
