| We have had issues with 10 on our Cisco Call Manager as well. Our 10 is actually an access code to another company that we work with. What happens is if I have a set forwarding to the cisco set and the cisco set forwards to that same phone instead of giving a busy signal it will dial a 1000 plus the number that was dialed. This number routes to the other company because it dials the access code of 10 then adds 00 plus the number that was dialed. This is because of programming in the router. We were told that if the dialing plan gets moved from the router to the Cisco Call Manager it would fix the problem. |
