QPC192-Support Hook Flash Supervision??

We updated our PBX a year ago with a Mitel sx200 3 cabinet system and Active voice Repartee on OS/2 now I am finding that active voice does not support network shares for daily backups until you update to active voice 2000. (at an 18K upgrade cost) I am not really happy about that. I am looking into putting another system in a different location, and have been reading good things about the Mitel 3300. Unfortunately I have been searching for a comparison chart any where out the to tell me if active voice has any advantages, or price comparisons or ANYTHING. Besides relying on venders are there any comparisons between active voice and other voice mail systems I can review? For the PBX features most of ours our in retail environments and we use the Mitel to simulate a key system. Price wise it has been competitive but I need to be able to do more network management. I am thinking the 3300 box may do that for me, but is there anything else that would function better?
